Ophthalmologic examination includes:

• determination of ocular motor nerve lesion manifestations, and visual fields and fundus state;
• examination of visual acuity with correction;
Visual disorders include:
• impaired visual acuity;
• homo/bitemporal hemianopia;
• primary optic disc atrophy, congestion in the fundus;
• restricted ocular movements;
• anisocoria;
• ptosis;
• exophthalmos, chemosis;
Visual disorders may vary based on pathology. For example, depending on the direction of growth and the size of the tumor.
